What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@simbiozis.com and we'll provide the return address and shipping label. EU customers have a 14-day cooling off period. Shipping Policy
All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Processing time: 2–7 business days. Estimated delivery times: Bulgaria 3–7 days, EU 5–10 days, USA & UK 5–10 days, Rest of World 10–20 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
